Brenda Frese gives birth to twins before Duke game

This is just great. University of Maryland women's basketball coach Brenda Frese, gave birth to twin boys yesterday morning, just hours before her team faced rival, Duke.

Markus William Thomas, who was born at 10:21 a.m., then gave birth to Tyler Joseph Thomas 30 minutes later, naturally. Markus weighed five pounds, five ounces at birth and measured 18.5 inches long, while Tyler weighed six pounds, 12 ounces and measured 19.25 inches.

And the Maryland women STILL topped Duke, 76-69. Now that's a win-win!

Brenda is 8 months preggars with TWINS and is still working it out on the sidelines, coaching her #3 nationally ranked lady Terrapins to their 22-1 record.
