According to Page Six, the couple vacationed in the Dominican Republic, checking in Thursday to the Maxim Bungalows. Kim arranged a dinner and cake for Reggie's birthday, and they supposedly spent their vacation lounging by the pool and receiving treatments at the spa before checking out of their approximately $1,000-per-night one-bedroom bungalow on Sunday.
I'm sure these posed, "leaked" pictures from their private vacation has nothing to do with the fact that a new season of Keeping Up with the Kardashians starts on Sunday.
I hate to admit it, but they look kind of cute.
